In the previous two articles, I discussed the possible causes of cancer, and dietary and herbal treatment for cancer. In this article I will discuss the psychological approach for cancer healing.
As stated previously, cancer is a cluster of symptoms caused by a severe case of yeast and parasitic infection. When people suffer a severe case of yeast and parasitic infection, not only are their bodies toxic, but so are their minds! These people usually have had traumatic childhood or early adulthood experiences that have made them angry, resentful, frustrated, regretful and negative. As mentioned previously, carrying negative emotions day in and day out is just like driving your car with the hand brake on. It will cause a lot of wear and tear on your immune system! Based on my experiences counseling thousands of people thus far, I have found that psychological stress is actually the most important cause for adult onset of yeast and parasitic infections! If these negative emotions were not released effectively, the rest of the regimens discussed so far would only provide a temporary relief.
It is like cleaning up a vast field of tall weeds. An anti-yeast nutritional program, herbal therapy, exercise and other treatment methods only serve the function of chopping down the weeds above the ground. However, only psychological detoxification and nourishment can help uproot the core problem from underground. If this uprooting is not done, the field may appear to be clean for a while. Nevertheless, when the summer rainfall comes, the weeds will grow like crazy again. Similarly, when a person is confronted with life crises, the problem of yeast and parasitic overgrowth may reoccur! Spiritual psychotherapy, writing “reconcile letters”, meditation and prayers are some useful ways to combat this.
Spiritual Psychotherapy:
Traditional psychotherapy is not effective in uplifting the spiritual and psychological traumas associated with a severe case of yeast and parasitic infection. A spiritual psychotherapy approach is needed to achieve four essential steps: understanding, acceptance, forgiveness, and release (letting go). When these four steps are accomplished, basically you are home free! If any of the four steps are incomplete, then you will manifest dysfunctional behavior.
Dysfunctional behavior is the kind of behavior that jeopardizes the quality of your life, including your health and happiness. They include consistent anger, resentment, fear, mistrust, regret, guilt, lack of approval, etc. The key in the psychotherapeutic process is to release any negative emotions that have accumulated over time. You may believe that you have already forgiven whoever has done you wrong, whether it is your spouse, parents, children, siblings, relatives, partners, friends, or co-workers. However, if you still suffer from any physical or mental ailment, this is an indication that you may have chopped off the tops of the weeds but have not dug out the roots.
Reconcile Letters:
In my spiritual/psychological counseling sessions, I usually guide my clients to write “reconcile letter(s).” Writing a spiritual letter is a very effective way to release the deep emotions that you may not be aware of on the conscious level. This letter is very powerful, for it can be very constructive or destructive. Never share this letter with anyone until it has been revised and polished with proper guidance from an experienced therapist. This letter can be written to persons living or deceased. This is because people (including spirits — if you believe in them!) are connected by energy, and energy can travel through the universe freely if it’s strong enough! Read my book, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing for proper formats for this powerful letter.
10-Minute Meditation:
Meditation is a practice to achieve a state of calmness and peace. Some people also use this practice to train the mind to develop insight. When the mind is centered, the body functions better. Many people report that both their mental and physical health improve after a period of meditation.
In the western world, people are always pressured for time. Fast food and anything fast are in great demand. Thus, I came up with “fast meditation” to suit the needs of people in a contemporary society! Based on my more than thirty years of experience in meditation, I have designed a 10-Minute Meditation guide which can quickly help you quiet your mind and give you a sense of peace and deep relaxation.
You can do this “fast meditation” almost any time. Just don’t do it while you are driving. Otherwise, you may end up on the wrong side of the road! Some people do it in the morning; some in the afternoon; others, in the evening. Whatever schedule you can work out is fine. The key is that you be consistent. Like everything else, practice makes perfect! Visit my website: www.drjsbest.com to download a free guide for 10-Minute meditation.
Prayers and/or Chanting:
Prayers are free! PUSH: Pray Until Something Happens! Pray to whatever God you believe in. As long as your prayers are sincere, coming from your heart, and consistent, your prayers will be answered. Remember, squeaky wheels get greased first. Usually I guide my clients to pray more than 300 times a day. Those who follow the instructions tend to be amazed by the quick results. Some people prefer chanting. I usually share the kind of chanting that is suitable to the individual’s situation. Many ways lead to Rome. Just choose the way that is most comfortable or efficient for you!
If you could adopt the above psychological approach to healing cancer or any physical and emotional ailments, chances are you will be in “permanent remission!”
